I am a 90s kid. And so I often wonder what it is like for kids of this generation with all the gadgets and technologies. A lot of meme shows a striking difference from how we were vs how they are. Often times, my peers and I talk about how these kids have it easy. But we claim we have more fun. We were more interactive with other kids because play time is a group activity rather than a solo sit-down sport involving a tablet or a play station.
That's why I highly commend Kids On Bikes Philippines for coming up with an activity that promotes a highly lifestyle through a bike fun race event. Kids On Bikes, presented by Growee, has three legs and a Finale (which I will discuss later on). The 1st leg happened at SM By The Bay, Mall Of Asia Open Grounds last March 6, 2016. It was a very sunny day that day but the biker kids were still all smiles while interacting and playing with fellow kids. It was a fun sight to witness.
Here's a sneak peak on what happened during the first leg.
The Second leg was held at UP Diliman Campus Grounds in front of Palma hall. It was a bit gloomy early in the morning and there were a few trickles of rain during the registration time. Thankfully, when the event officially started the sun made felt its presence, signalling that it was going to be as fun-filled event for the whole family.
It was Easter Sunday and they have prepared a special Easter egg hunt during the Relay race.
