When one says sinful food, what instantly comes to mind is chocolate. And each time I am reminded of scenes from the movie Chocolat starring the sexy Johnny Depp and beautiful Juliette Binoche. Set in the beautiful era of the late 50s, in a quaint and utterly conservative french town, Vianne (Juliette) opens a chocolatier which becomes the purveyor of passion and desire in the tranquil town... or so the the town thinks. After conflicts, of course, arises the colorful ending scene where people embraced heightened emotions brought about by the sinful goodness of chocolates (of course there's a deeper subliminal meaning to the film which we won't discuss here). Back to chocolates...

I've never really been a sweet-tooth and do not experience much sweet cravings. Chocolates and chocolate cakes, however, is a love I can't shake off.
Having this box of chocolates- pralines, ganaches, bonbons- from Sinfully Circles by Makati Shangri-la in your hands and relishing them one by one in your mouth is probably the only moment sin and heaven will collide in one speechless sentence. Their praline, by far, is one of the best in the country.
If you are too overwhelmed by the selection, you can always order their Box of top 10 (10 best-seller pralines). P.S. Don't you just love their golden box? :)
