Joe Calderon singing You and I... Oh' I meant Lady Gaga. Her and her "alter ego". Gaga has always been an artist- what with the outrageous costumes and out of this world videos- no one dare say otherwise. And we have witnessed it during the first albums. Her latest though had shown sides people didnt know- a much more vulnerable side. The release of You and I made instant connections to millions, tugging a piece of our hearts with the melody, lyrics and emotion accompanying it. Then this performance happened!
I had to watch it a thousand times and had cried over it as much.
Like I said, a true artist in truest of form.
We all have that one person, right? That one who, despite whatever circumstance that made us apart, would always hold that one small space in our hearts.
And so she sings..."It's been a long time since I came around
Been a long time but I'm back in town
