On Modern Day Communication and Expression

The truth is...

In this world we are living right now- where technology takes over actual conversations and social media becomes our silent plea for appreciation- we humans, in the deepest parts of our being, ultimately needs raw and pure love as oppose to these easy and insincere platforms. Because the truth is, a once in a while check in on a person via Private or Direct message can never replace the comfort of an actual face to face conversation. Because Sms, Viber, Imsg and other communication applications, no matter how elaborate emojis have become, can never bring the warmth of a pat on the back, a shoulder lean, a touch, even a smile. 

We can't put blame on why incessant selfie-taking was born or why the need to update inane personal activities (and sometimes thoughts) become a must for most. Both are born out of a need to feel loved, be affirmed and get noticed all because the world today lacks the joy of receiving a smile from a stranger and a quick but meaningful talk.

The actual truth is...

No matter what we do, the world today and the circumstances it brings with it leaves little to no room for real conversations or thrilling adventures. The pace of how we live and why we live the way we live is not accidental but actually factual. The rush and noise stems from the needs and wants we so direly wish for that the only real living we could do is through these easy platforms. 

The far bitter truth is...

We are forced into it and only realized eventually how all these are necessities more than hindrances when in fact it should be the other way around. Because the far more bitter truth is that, we can't escape the modern world. And as it moves further on to the future, we adapt more to it and gravitate towards its direction.
