September marks the first of the BER months. These months, aside from summer months for the opposite reason, are much looked forward to in our country 1.) PH is a tropical country so the cold is most welcomed 2.) Fashion-wise, any opportunity to don those fashionable sweaters is instantly grabbed. Yes, the cuddle weather and the sweater weather!
