I'm always on the look out for weekend markets. The authenticity of food being sold and the choices laid out are endless- always fresh, always new. I roam and inspect all stalls, not once but thrice, before I decide what to order- which most times are aplenty just so I could try a number of food offerings from stalls. Of course, Salcedo market is not new. In fact, it has been around for quite sometime and stays on top mainly because of the consistency of it's fresh produce and the authenticity of their ready-to-eat.
